Refunds will be made in accordance with the following:

  • New/unopened/unused
  • Return requested within 30 days after the date of purchase
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
  • Must be returned disassembled
  • Product must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Chairs4Gaming will pay for shipping fees if the product is received damaged, wrong product was received or missing parts. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping fees
  • Restocking fee may apply (up to 10%) if return does not meet all requirements above

Return requests are processed within 24h (business days) and refunds are issued up to 10 business days after package is received at our warehouse.

Gift cards are not refundable.


Customers are responsible for the goods until the package is received by our staff members. Please make sure the product is carefully packaged prior shipping it back. If any damages occur during transport, we may need to charge a restocking fee to cover the damages. If the product is severely damaged when returned to Chairs4Gaming, we may issue the refund in store credit (gift card) format instead of the original payment method used.
