We offer a simple Free Exchange process to all our customers. Here's how it works:

  • You can ask for an exchange within 30 days after the date of purchase
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging and disassembled with no damages
  • Once the initial product received, we ship you the replacement product that you would like to get
  • Chairs4Gaming will pay for all shipping fees, including return shipping fees, if the return meets all the requirements above
