Question: Does it come with a lumbar and/or headrest cushion?
Answer: Yes. The R Series comes with a lumbar cushion and a headrest pillow.
Question: How much weight can this chair support?
Answer: This chair is suggested for users up to 6'2" and up to 220 lbs.
Question: What is the difference between this chair and the other chairs of the R series?
Answer: The RH and RV models have the multi-functional mechanism (tilt lock, tilt tension and height adjustment) and 3" casters (wheels). The rest of the R series have conventional mechanism (height adjustment and tilt tension) and 2" casters. Depending on the models, some have PU covers and others have PU+PVC (Vinyl). Please refer to the description tab for more details regarding the specification of each chair.
Question: Is it possible to upgrade a part (such as the armrest) of this product?
Answer: Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to upgrade or change the original parts of the chair.
Question: If this product is sold out, how long can it take before it gets back in stock?
Answer: This can depend on a variety of factors. Usually, an out-of-stock chair can take 1 to 3 weeks to restock. The best way to know when a chair is back in stock is to use the notification button on the product's page. This way, you are sure to not miss the next restock.

Purchased the RV style as plenty of taller, heavier men said this was the way to go. Prior to this I was using a $120 Ebay chair that looked similar to this. Decided to upgrade as it seems like the cushioning in the ebay chair seat disappeared after a while and was uncomfortable. Being 6'0 ft, 200 lbs, I wanted something that would be able to support my weight and something with cushioning that would not "disappear" or think after time. Chair shipped out day after I ordered, arrived within timeframe in a 70 lb box. Installation is pretty straight forward, comes with Allen wrench. Would definitely help having someone with you. Took me about 30-40 mins by myself to assemble.
Impression:
Taking out of the box, it was well packaged, no damage noted to seat. It's nice that arm rests come attached already which saves plenty of time. Now finally getting to the chair. Chair is well built, picking it out of the box you can already feel how heavy it is, and how well it is made. Seems really made with love and worth the price. Couple areas where the stitching doesn't really line up, but nothing that bugs me too much as its in the back seat part which I don't really see. Sitting in the chair, it feels really sturdy, tilts back and forth and goes up and down without and squeaking or creaking. Very very smooth and well built. 3" casters roll like you are ice skating, very very smooth as well. Fit wise, if you have broad shoulders such as my self and are transitioning from a flat back chair to a "racing bucket seat" kind of chair, it may bug you that the edges kind of come in towards the side giving you a "crunched-up" kinda feeling. After a while you will adjust to it, trust me. Remember my height and weight though, I have broad shoulder, but not NFL Defensive Player kind of shoulders. Now to the seat, seat if very comfortable. But when I say comfortable don't expect sitting on memory foam, or clouds, or cotton candy or anything like that. Think soft sturdy foam that doesn't seem like it going to flatten out anytime soon.
One complaint:
The assemble instructions that come with it are for the lower model that does tilt back, so it's kinda confusing, but if you have common sense, or after trial and error (like I did) you will get it right. I needed to install the bottom piece, attached, find out it was wrong then remove and reattach again before finally getting it right. I guess you have a 50% chance of installing it correctly lol.
Overall 10/10.
Pro's:
Well Made
Quality is obvious
Smooth rocking and rolling of chair
Comfortable seat and back.
Straight forward controls
Con's:
Wrong assembly manual
Some misaligned stitching
If you are thinking of buying something cheaper, DONT. youre gonna regret it like I didn't, then end up buying a dxracer, spending more money in the end. You get what you pay for.

a great upgrade over my last chair, the adjustable arm rests are perfect for me as i adjust up and down between typing on a laptop on my desk and using a keyboard on a keyboard tray. i also like that the back is very straight and can give me some support so i don't slouch.
