If you're considering a new DXRacer gaming chair as your next setup upgrade, you may asked yourself if they're durable and worth the price. 

Durability of a product is extremely important, especially when we're looking at furniture. It should be seen as a long time investment and you want to make sure that you do not have to pay for a new one every 1 or 2 years.

What is more likely to break?

This question is often asked in the forums and we can get a lot of different answers. What is often not said in the forum's replies is how the chairs have been used. If the chair is used correctly, you should expect to not have any issues with the chair for at least 2-3 years. However, it may happen that a part break or stop working properly as any product. If it happens, it usually does within the first 2 years.

Fortunately, it is covered by the 2-year warranty on parts. This includes armrests, mechanism, gas lift, base and wheels.

Of course, if you have animals that like to play on the chair or claw the cover, your chair is most likely to have issues. If that is the case, we highly suggest you to go with a fabric cover chair since it is more resistant to animal claws.


What happens if you have an issue?

Let's say you have an issue with your chair, what's next? With Chairs4Gaming, it's really easy. You can simply send us an email explaining the situation with an attached picture (if possible) and a new replacement part will be sent to you within the following 2 days. That is correct! We take our customer service really seriously and it is why our warranty claims are processed that fast. 

You also have a lifetime warranty on the frame (backseat and seat). This being said, from experience, we rarely see this part of the warranty being used. 


What happens after the warranty period?

If you have any issues after the warranty period, we recommend you to contact us. Depending on the situation, we will be able to assist you or offer you suggestions to resolve the issue.
